Service Cancellation

Clients may request the cancellation of a service before work has commenced. If no work has been performed, a full refund may be issued, excluding any applicable transaction or administrative fees.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• The service has not yet started.
• AKWABA LLC is unable to provide the agreed service.
• A duplicate payment was made in error.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Services

Once work has begun, fees are generally non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Supplier research and sourcing activities
• Supplier verification and due diligence
• Negotiation services
• Order management and coordination
• Import-export consulting
• International business development services
• Any customized consulting or advisory work

Any expenses incurred on behalf of the client, including third-party inspection fees, travel expenses, logistics costs, or supplier-related charges, are also non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, AKWABA LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed at the time of the cancellation request.
